Biennale Tickets (non-members) - Early Bird | 200€

Early Bird registration rates are available until 14 September 2026.

After this date, standard registration fees will apply.

The ticket grants access to both days of the Biennale and includes coffee breaks and lunch throughout the event.

ECTP-CEU Member - Early Bird | 150€

Papers & Posters - Submission fee | 75€

Authors submitting papers are required to pay a submission fee, which will be credited towards the conference registration fee if their paper or poster is accepted.

Complete your payment securely online and receive your ticket immediately by email.

Free registration on Oxford Abstracts platform in mandatory for this option


Bank Transfer

Complete the registration form and select "Bank Transfer" as your payment method. After making the transfer, please send proof of payment to the event organizers by email. Your registration will be confirmed once the payment has been verified.




Insurance and Liability

The registration fee does not include personal or property insurance, and the Biennial Organisation accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising during the event.


Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance cover before travelling to the conference venue, including, where appropriate, travel insurance, medical cover, and insurance for valuable personal belongings.


Should the conference be postponed or cancelled, in whole or in part, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organisation, and not resulting from its wilful misconduct or gross negligence, participants shall not be entitled to hold the Organisation liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred, including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation expenses, indirect losses, or consequential damages.
