The 15th Biennale of Towns and Town Planners is organised by the Associação Portuguesa de Urbanistas (APU) and the European Council of Spatial Planners – Conseil Européean des Urbanistes ( ECTP-CEU).

This event brings together spatial planners, researchers, policymakers, and representatives of public authorities from across Europe.

The Biennale's Scientific Committee brings together 21 distinguished experts from across Europe, representing a wide range of perspectives in spatial planning, urban development, research, and public policy. Their role is to review submitted abstracts and help shape a high-quality scientific programme for the Biennale.
